The vehicle in question was held by the Sheriff’s department for 2 years through an active criminal case, in which they called us to have vehicle removed from a property, vehicle was at our lot this whole entire time awaiting court/sheriff release; however after releasing vehicle to customer and signing required paperwork (stated on paperwork that “No Limit Towing is not responsible for any loss or damages to vehicle in case of fire, theft or any cause beyond our control). Nothing was brought to our attention until 4 days later.  We told them the lot had several convertors/parts/wheels stolen on various multiple vehicles and we never checked vehicle in question and was just made aware by them that it was gone. We offered to give them their tow expense they paid back to them for repair on the last contact they made with us and they declined.

We attempted to work with them to fix the issue, and they went to someone else to have them fix it, in which the vehicle is still sitting at that shop as of today.  Owner of vehicle then called again and we offered to fix it and get it took care of and they were not satisfied with that. We still have yet to hear from customer. We in regards also worked with them on the tow bill owed and didn’t charge full rate to get vehicle back in their possession.

If customer would contact us instead of going through 3-4 other people/shops, we could repair this vehicle and resolve this issue.  Our offer of fixing this vehicle is still open to the customer but vehicle will need to be at our place to repair.
