    I am rejecting this response because:

    A plumber was sent to our home, accompanied by ******* *****, physically looked at the water heater, and made the quote based off of what he saw. Whatever information was disclosed when making the initial appointment for the quote should have been rectified when the professional inspected the water heater.

    ) of $10,000 for a like replacement. They also gave us a quote (estimate #16709) of $5,000 for a lesser water heater. There was absolutely no attempt to make amends for the gross oversite and miscommunication that wasted our time, money and is now going to cost us out of pocket when a proper quote in the first place would have sufficed. I am requesting that Johnson honor their initial quote and perform the work that we agreed on.

    This complaint stems from the fact that the customer was given a price for the replacement of a standard water heater(s).  In the initial call for a price quote, the customer did not communicate that one of the water heaters that needed to be replaced was not a standard water heater, thus leading to the new quote provided.  We apologize for any confusion and there was no intent on our part to mislead the customer.
