    This rental company is an absolute disgrace and do not have their tenants in their best interest. We entered an agreement to rent an apartment with this company for my mother-in-law. In our initial application for residency we indicated that there would be animals staying there. The only communication about pets after that was just asking for the breed of the dog to ensure it is not on the restriction list which we provided. After that, no other communication was had which implied that they were approved. No mention of an addendum was had nor any other documentation was asked for. Six months later, a notice was posted on the door saying we were in breach of lease for having pets that were not approved. If not resolved in 14 days an evection notice would be filed. After three attempts to get ahold of the company to discuss this and no response, we finally received the small response of they needed a pet addendum drafted, a photo of the dog, documentation of breed, and renters insurance with Dalton Court LLC listed as an additional interest. Again after that communication, multiple attempts were made to talk about this situation via email with no response. With the lack of response, my mother-in-law was forced to surrender the dog in fear of evection. The lack of responses mixed with the lack of need of documentation at the beginning then needing documentation six months after the lease was signed proves this companies unprofessionalism. On top of not being able to get this resolved via email, they have no direct phone number on file and can't be reached via phone. The number is directed to a call center where they take your message but messages are never returned.

    The call on apartment nezt door for smellimg like dope.land lord said he put the guy out but didnt tjen guy next door started throwing stuff at my window everynight for months called police they did nothing call him and they did nothing guy even shot by my window had tp take sleeping pills everynight just to sleep so i couldnt hear i didnt renew lease and land lord been showimg my apartment while i am still in apartment paid rent to end of the month and told him o didnt agtrr but still he is showomg aparent while o am at work i dont trust him .
