    I moved out of Saddlebrook about a year ago, and they still have yet to return my deposit. I have sent multiple emails, have been told the deposit is on its way multiple times but still have no received a check. I included the last email they replied to. I reached back out a couple of times since with no luck.

    On March 7,2023 we (******* **** ***** *** ******* ** ******** submitted an application to this establishment for an (Apartment Home Form Reservation form). On March 15,2023 we received an email (uploaded below) indicating that our application was denied. In that email it also indicated that we will be refunded the amount of $200.00 that was paid to secure the unit. Months have gone by and no such action has been received. I have visited multiple times asking for a status on the refund , **** ****** (Manager) keeps on explaining that her Boss is on vacation leave. We have not heard or received anything else since.
