    I visited the store alone to explore options before my family, who were flying in from out of state, joined me. I told the associate I wanted a dress with sleeves & that my family would come in a few months. The associate pressured me to make a quick decision, claiming the dress would take a year to arrive—coincidentally aligning with my wedding date. This misleading timeline forced me into a rushed decision.
    The associate showed me one dress with sleeves & suggested that customizing a dress was my only other option. I chose the third dress presented as the “best” option. When I hesitated about buying a dress alone, the associate suggested I order now to have a dress in time for my wedding. This urgency caused me to miss a cherished moment & due to the pressured timeline, I felt I had no choice but to make a hasty decision.
    The dress seems to be made with minimal care. As someone new to purchasing/designing a wedding dress, I felt the owner did not guide me adequately. Communication was limited to a phone call & a few texts. The dress still required significant alterations, adding extra costs for me.
    When I voiced my concerns publicly, an unprofessional comment was made by a sales associate I had never met, & the owner liked the comment.
    I also noticed five-star reviews from associates who seemed affiliated with the store, which might create a bias in their ratings. I only realized this due to the rude comment & recognizing individuals in the review photos.
    If you visit this store document everything including phone calls. Don’t be pressured by their predatory timelines or feel compelled to make a quick decision. If they don’t provide the style you want, don’t settle for costly customizations. Ensure you are careful in your choices, as the staff may not offer the guidance you need.
    Protect your irreplaceable moments as a bride. Don’t take the store owners or associates at their word & be thorough in your decision-making for such a significant purchase.
