I purchased a jeep from this dealership in May of this year. I was told that it had been checked out and that there were "no issues at all". Two weeks later, it was steering weird so I took it to my local mechanic. Upon inspection, we found that my jeep needed new brakes & rotors, tie rods &/or ends x 2, upper & lower ball joints--both sides , hub assemblies on both front wheels, stabilizer bar link assembly and front axle u-joints. I had purchase an extended warranty when I purchased the jeep that required me to take it back to place of purchase, if they offered service. The warranty covered the front axle u-joints. I call them and set up and appointment for them to do an assessment themselves. They confirmed it was the axle u-joint but charged me $150 for assessing warranty covered repair. They set up an appointment for me to return two weeks later for repairs. I don't live in Lexington so I was driving from 45-50 mins away. I arrived promptly at 10:00 am only to be informed that the repairs could not be performed because both of their techs had resigned the night before. I asked why wasn't I notified. He had no answer. Fortunately, I was given the ok by the warranty company to take it elsewhere to have it repaired. Not including what the warranty covered, I have already spent well over $4000 in repairs for a vehicle that I paid top dollar for to begin with because I was mislead. Skip to a few weeks ago..I refinanced through my own bank & needed to cancel the extended warranty and gap ins. Was told I would have to go through the financial office at the dealership. After weeks of calls & messages with no response, I went there on 9/15/23 and finally got the paperwork completed. I was told they would submit it that same day. I was a little concerned so I submitted the paperwork myself this morning, only to find out they had not submitted it after all. This place is untrustworthy and unreliable. I would not want anyone to experience what I have been through
