    I stayed there for about a week. Social worker was bizarre and unprofessional. They had cameras with audio in our private living areas and didn't allow us to lock our bedroom doors. The staff would often burst into our rooms without knocking. I'm fairly certain all of that's illegal. I'm asking that they refund the money my insurance company paid them (around $1,000/day) because they provided no care and actually made my PTSD a lot worse.

    We can not confirm or deny if this individual was a client, and would not be able to speak to any details of the case because of HIPPA Laws. Our Structured Recovery Housing program for substance use, is supported by billing Medicaid for counseling, case management, and peer support services. Any housing is paid for by client on a sliding scale. The amount for the services are not $1000/day, they are $204.08 per day Monday through Friday. This is the reimbursement amount the state has set for theses services which can be reviewed at *********************************************************. Our program is outlined upon intake to the client, including the policies and procedures to be followed by staff and clients. Each client signs consents and acknowledgements of our policy. For safety, we have cameras in common areas such as living room, kitchen, outside congregating areas, and all exits. We do not have cameras in bedrooms or in bathrooms. We also do not allow clients to lock their bedroom doors, because a client could use drugs and overdose, or cause harm to themselves, and locking the door creates a safety issue. All of these standards are up to code and approved through the NARR certification required by law. We just had all our houses surveyed and recertified for two more years in May. All clients are informed that they have a right to file grievances internally with the company if they believe staff has behaved inappropriately. If we receive a grievance their is a full investigation conducted by our management team and we attempt to resolve the matter to the clients satisfaction.
