    I Purchased a rim on 3-4-2024. When i arrived to pick it up and have installed , they informed me that they did not install them. An employee put the rim and tire I purchased in the trunk of my car. I later went to have it installed at a different place, the employee there brought the damage to my attention. I left right away to return to Lucky's. ***** an employee at Lucky's looked at the rim and told me to give him until Monday to contact me. This was on a Saturday. That following Monday I was told they were going to cover my lost by replacing the rim that I paid 400.00 + dollars for and including the purchase of a new tire. After calling for several days being told they were waiting on my new rim to come in, I decided to go in person to check on it . At that time I was told by the manager Steve that they were not going to replace my rim. All the way up to this point I had been talking to ******

    Not true customer ordered a wheel and tire from luckys, when it came in we mounted and balance said wheel -customer came to have it installed but did not pay for services we explain we would have to charge to install--so he gets mad throws a fit yelling at the staff. So staff goes to get the wheel tire for him  to load it in his trunk for him, keep in mind no issues with this new wheel and tire we load it up infront of him he leaves.He takes it down the street to rim tyme as he kept yelling in our face to have put on then comes back days later  saying we damaged his wheel when it is brand new and was perfect when we loaded it for him with no issues..We told him once it leaves our property we can not help him on the phone before hand when he called he then proceeds to show up in our show room cussing salesman out at the counter until the saleman starts to get up and escort him out the door as he is cussing yelling top of his lungs then ran out and left. We called the cops and gave them his name and told them if he ever comes back on our property he will be locked up for truss passing. We will not and do not have to help this customer as if nothing was wrong with the product and we have all of this on camera with full audio and video as proof. Thanks and have a great day.
