    I was diagnosed with cancer in December. We moved from Arizona to Kentucky last year. Because of this move we had a small lapse of insurance, so I had to act as my own insurance company paying out of pocket. I had to call & deal with the hospital, & every physician, to get a discounted percentage for out of pocket. Everyone worked with me respectfully offering 30% - 40% off the bills, except for Central Kentucky Radiology PLLC. When I called them they immediately offered 50% off. At first I was very grateful, but when I simply asked them to revise the bill in the discounted amount we verbally agreed on that’s when there attitude drastically changed. They said no that’s not there policy. “Just pay us over the phone or on our website (that doesn’t work) & we’ll adjust it on our end & send a receipt. My response was, with all do respect I need the revised bill first to insure that it’s legally recorded showing the amount that we agreed to, & then I’m more than happy to pay the bill in full. They lost it after that. They said they are the ones who decided who gets the discount, & for how much. Keep in mind that this isn’t the doctor or CEO that I was speaking with, it was the girls who answered the phone calls. They then said now that you’re challenging us your not getting any discounts at all. They are also sending me fraudulent bills in attempt to collect money after other bills have been paid by my insurance. They were even so arrogant to send me another bill that was kissed with lipstick right on the paper!!! I will be filing a complaint with the Medical Board, & the Kentucky Office Of The Attorney General as well. This company definitely needs to be exposed for not only how unprofessional they are, but also possibly fraudulent, or just plain lazy & incompetent. Either way, they are playing with people lives & finances as if it’s there own personal playground to treat people in this manner.

    I apologize for the second request being sent out, we did not receive the first and have been waiting for it. I attached my response to the Attorney General's office to be review. *** ***** is not being truthful about the situation which is why the Attorney General's office closed the case upon my response.
