    Hi, I purchased from this company on 11/9/2023. The dress I purchased was launched the day I purchased. They stated that the dress would arrive by Thanksgiving 11/23/2023. I got an email that the dress was shipped on 11/22/2023 a day before thanksgiving and we all know that delivery companies don’t work on Thanksgiving day. Finally, I got my dress on 11/27/2023 and it doesn’t fit. I start a return on their website and the button to print out my return label is greyed out, which means it’s blocked. I email them the day I received the package to let them know and I get an email three days later that they claim they have never seen any of my emails and that they are extremely busy and haven’t gotten to orders or emails. It has been 5 days and I was told that they would send me my return label 3 days ago. I have not heard anything at all since then. This is not a cheap piece and it’s so infuriating that they ignore my emails and they don’t do anything in the matter.

    Top does NOT fit and bottoms are fine.
    SIZING: XS: 0, S: 2-4, M: 6-8, L: 10-12, XL: 14, 2XL: 16-18, 3XL: 20
    TOP: Total front length measurement (shoulder seam to bottom of hem) :
    XS- 19.5" / S-20" / M-20.5" / L-21" / XL-21.5" / 2XL- 22” / 3Xl- 22.5”
    By the measurements above, the top should have fit.

    I emailed:
    11/9 at 10:25pm which I didn't expect a response, however, I wanted to communicate what is going on with the top
    11/10: 10:57am: no reply
    11/10: 2:04pm: no reply
    11/10: 2:31pm: no reply

    I reached out on Facebook Messenger: no reply
    I posted on her Facebook page: no reply

    11/10: I called the cell phone number on the what's app ***** ******** and left a message at 11:47am: no reply
    11/10: I just called at 2:48pm same number and left message.

    All I wanted was a Medium...that is all.

    Now, this is escalated....BAD business. No responses.

    I want a FULL REFUND IMMEDIATELY in the amount of $78.80 back to my credit card.

    I have come to an agreement with the owner and she has exchange my item.  Evidentially the customer service person wasn't answering the emails.  That was obvious.

    I have continually reached out to the business and it is like hit or miss...like she is purposefully delaying.  I even FedEx'd the set back to her at my cost of $17.56.

    I have never had THIS MANY issues on exchanging an item.  She has never returned my call that left.

    I have told her MANY times that all I want is to EXCHANGE the small for a medium...that is all.  I am currently out the FedEx money.

    This happened last year, I thought it was a fluke. I now know it is an issue with the business.
    They advertised DAY 6: 30% OFF ALL TOPS!ats
    USE CODE: GINGERSNAP2022 AT CHECKOUT
    I have tried to purchase two tops all day. The code does not work.
    I emailed, attempted the ******** ***** * and social media.
    It is deceptive to advertise a sale/ discount code but not honor it.
    Last year I bought the item confident with the proof shown, the company would refund me the difference. This did not happen so I am reluctant to purchase the tops without the code being honored.

    Our business ordered a ***** **** shift dress, size large, for a customer on June 27, 2022. Elizabeth Wilson Designs sent the incorrect size, a medium. I emailed **** (with whom I had spoken with via email previously) for resolution to the problem. She apologized and said a new dress would ship out to me. This was June 30. I have emailed repeatedly, called, emailed a different address, and sent a direct message on Instagram. No one will answer, and they never shipped the dress even though this was their fault.
