      They do not list services or prices on a brochure, website, pick up tag, or in their business. You can't find prices anywhere. If you ask the employees what it will cost, they won't disclose, b/c they say it depends on what service is being performed & what the "professionals do with the garment", since items are sent out & not cleaned on site. They then will add on extras to your ticket, "extra starch, heavy starch, quick receive, etc", to increase your cost for services. If you request these items not be added, they sill add them. They have admitted these items do cost more. when I confronted them adding these things they then said it didn't cost more, but this was the actual cost for cleaning, Can't prove this, b/c no prices listed anywhere.
      Also, items have been damaged beyond repair, & manager refuses to remedy. They claim it is customer problem, manufacturer defect for swapping out cheap materials. Which is not true. Brand new items have come back with massive black ink stains, tears, completely different colors, and more. Obvious mishandling by them; not product defect. Manager also yells & screams; hangs up phone. He is degrading and insulting. Had admitted to me that they altered the registers so that they will not ever give out refunds for services. He makes you pay for poor services under threat.
