    We had used one of the franchise companies for duct cleaning and I guess we were satisfied until our neighbor recommended Kentucky Clean Air; it is a totally different business model.
    They said it would take at least five hours, I thought “okay, what a unique pitch, sure.” I was wrong!
    They cleaned out our attic (was not done before) and thankfully they discovered that the Plenum was deteriorating from heavy moisture. They called our HVAC guy, devised a plan with him and the problem was resolved.
    So, the five hours turned into almost seven and the estimate was the same; that is excellent service beyond and above what we expected!
    Chad, Brad and the crew were timely, professional and knowledgeable about their field of business.
    We highly recommend Kentucky Clean Air; they are a Service Organization that is above the definition of integrity.

    We are very pleased with Kentucky Clean Air. Both Chad the owner and Ben the tech were very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. The pricing was reasonable. I really appreciated the pictures of what was pulled out of the vent. What makes them unique is that they specialize in duct cleaning, not as an “add on” to other business services. That way you can be sure that what they do, they do well. Why go anywhere else?

    We engaged Kentucky Clean Air to clear smoke residue of two units after a fire. The team consisted of Ben and Benny, supervised by co owner, Chad Havlicek. Each member had well-defined duties. Chad managed the cleaning and participated in the cleaning process. The team was timely, courteous, and knowledgeable. The before and after photographs of duct interior were very useful in understanding the cleaning process. I would not hesitate to use Kentucky Clean Air should the need arise in the future.
