    I placed a mobile order on 12/22/2024 at Burger King on Richmond Road in Lexington KY. It was for a cup of coffee. I selected Decaf instead of regular, but was told that they didn’t have decaf. I advised the employee that I made a mistake and selected decaf and it should have been regular. The lady at the window kept laughing and talking to a guy in the back and she then closed the window. I waited over 5 minutes to receive my coffee, which was okay because I thought they were brewing it. The lady at the window returned with creamer and sugar and she then closed the window and began laughing and saying something that I couldn’t make out to an ******* ******** guy wearing a hat in the background. She then came to the window with the coffee and laughed in my face and said “have a nice day” and then shut the window and continued to laugh as she walked away from the window. I knew something wasn’t right. I checked the coffee and it was cold. I then went into the inside and the male that she was laughing with came to the front counter. I asked nicely why was I given cold coffee. The woman at the window turned her back to me and refused to look me in the face. They both pretended to not know so I simply asked for my money back but he refused to refund me. This is not the first time I have had an issue during the evening while the same guy worked there. They are rude, immature and unprofessional. Today is my last time spending a dime at this location. I asked for their names and was told her name was ***** and I couldn’t make out what the males name was because he mumbled it under his breath. They are sorry excuses for adults. You do not play with someone’s food or beverages. I do not trust this place and its workers.
