      My experience with Rio Grande Fence was and is outstanding. There is not one thing I could complain about. I told my sales person Medina I had HOA issues, Dog Issues, and a family emergency all around my installation. She worked with us getting the permist and HOA approvals and I had to do nothing. She took into account we have dogs that stay outstide and her crew were very mindful and kept my dogs safe during the install. The biggest thank I need to give is for them working with me because I had to leave during the middle of the install for an emergency. If you want a company to do the job hire anyone, if you want it done right, handled with professionalism, and empathic to outstanding issues, and still be willing to help when you have pop up issues, the only place to call is Rio Grande Fence of Lexington. This company went above and beyond and the office staff to the nailer treated me like I was a person and not a dollar sign. I will be a returning customer!

      I had an awful experience having rio grande fence company put up a new fence. They took my fence down and didn't return for 6 days later to put it back up. And that's only because I called and insisted they return asap. I have animals that NEED their fence. The neighbors dog killed one of my chickens.The neighbors dog pulled her down and broke her wrist because she had to walk him with her part of the fence down too. They put the fence up backwards and huge gaps all the way around. It's awful and they refused to come fix it unless I paid another 5250.00 dollars. Management is awful and promises one thing and acts like she never said that verbal agreement. I do not recommend this company at all
