    After being enrolled for less than a month, I've been lied to by three (3) different employees. This is the worst health insurance company I've ever experienced. Further, I've never filed a complaint against any insurer before now. These folks don't respect their clients, nor behave in an honest manner with them!

    My grandmother has been passed for over a year. She’s not and has not been a member. Somehow, she received advertising mail. When trying to call to be placed on a Do No Mail list, multiple departments/ people did not know how to help as she is not a member. When asking if there’s a marketing/ advertising team to either forward me to or for her the representative to email, I was told they could not help and disregard the letter. I am getting the house ready to rent and do not want spam mail to this address. I feel like as a company they should have better internal communications about where to direct people, or follow up with them rather than disregarding them.
