    Purchased a gift card on the website as a gift for my brother-in-law on 9/21/2023. Shortly after, the site went blank, offering no classes or events to use a gift certificate for. There have been several attempts to reach someone and request a refund of the gift certificate with no success. I was unable to locate a liquor license for this business, and seeing as it is a mixology/alcohol based business, I found it odd. I simply want my $65 back and for the website to be taken down since the business is clearly inactive. A copy of the gift certificate download is attached.

    Hey, *****, this is ***. Guy in Lexington. I was calling about a complaint number ******** for spirited Lexington and I have emailed you today or yesterday, I am going to send this lady a check and but I do not have anything that is got an address on it for her. I Emailed the address that was on her that she gave you all I think, or maybe that I got from her, somebody at our office got from her some ***e ago, and then I have also text sent a text message to that phone number today and I have not heard anything back, so I just want to let you know I am trying to get this resolved. It is just so I do not know what to how to take care of it right now. So thanks if you would call me back at ************."
