    I went into the store on Saturday around 11:30 am and explained I needed next day shipping. They told me about the next day service, and I paid $81 for this service, with promised delivery on Monday. They also told me about the next day guranteed promise. On Sunday I noticed my package wasn't tracking, so I called them to ask why. They told me their Saturday driver had missed the package, and assured me it would be picked up soon. The package arrived on Tuesday. The store apologized and said I would be refunded the $81. I called Monday to start the refund, they told me they had to wait until the package was delivered. Called after it was delivered, and a manager sent me an email showing they filed a claim with corporate. After hearing nothing for a week, I emailed again and they said corporate had denied the refund.

    In response to the complaint, we followed protocol toe get *** **** her refund and yes initially UPS corporate denied it. I fought for our customer *** **** to get the refund that she was entitled to. UPS corporate and the service refund department did agree to give her a refund as it was there fault that her package didn't arrive on time. We have to follow protocol to get these things done and we did. I've spoken with *** **** multiple times and she is happy with the refund and told me that she would retract the complaint.
