      Bought a bed from here , was to be delivered and set up ! Nope did not happen spent 5700.00 to be hung up on twice by headquarters and bed got delivered to local hardware store then I had to go pick it up ! It’s sitting under my house right now ! I’m in a dispute with my card company ! Sleep outfitters can have this headache back !!!!! And customer care is a joke !

      Shady business, ethics at sleep outfitters on bypass Road. Here’s the story… last night I purchased a mattress box spring set for $1371. The contract was written, and in their computer and we confirmed it numerous times. The young sales person gave me the memorial day sale price, but I couldn’t pay for it until today when the actual sale began. When I phoned the store, today, Mr. Newsom, the store manager said that the sales person gave me the wrong price and wanted me to pay an additional $300+. That is a lot of money for a family in these tough times. I asked them to honor their written agreement, and he would not. This constitutes shady business ethics, and I plan to protest to the corporate office. By the way in 2022 sleep outfitters made $110 million. So be careful neighbors of their shady business practices.

      Ref: Store #79 at 4420 Kent Road, Stow OH: The products in the showroom used as demo mattresses are not representative of the mattresses delivered. Manager Doug Kershner was disrespectful and responded sarcastically to my concerns and suggestions. When I commented that maybe the display mattresses needed to be upgraded, Doug laughed loudly and derisively. I told him he had better stop laughing because there was nothing funny about the situation. He laughed some more and told me he was the manager. This was extremely unprofessional and antagonistic. Their mattress exchange "guarantee" is pointless and there was no satisfactory resolution to my having spent nearly $1,000 and being entirely dissatisfied. Of course the sales pitch had been great, but if there is a problem you are out of luck. Disgraceful lack of customer service.

      Delivered me a damaged boxspring which had been opened and taped back up and a mattress which had a seam coming apart. They replaced the boxspring but I no longer trusted them to replace the mattress.
