      My car was damaged during oil change. I normally go to a different company to get my oil changed. However this time due to me being pressed for time I went to Valvoline. Ever since my oil was changed I have had an oil leak. In checking my oil I noticed that it extremely low. I went to get it changed where I normally go and they refused saying that oil would not stay in my engine due to the damage cause by the previous people to change my oil. I have receipts for the oil change previous to the one from Valvoline there is not notation of any leaks or damage. Seeing as how this started immediately after Valvoline serviced my vehicle I have cause to believe Valvoline caused the damage.

      We are in receipt of this guests complaint our records indicate that this guest has a current pending investigation being conducted by our management team. They most recently advised during a phone conversation that they do need to physically inspect the vehicle. Once the vehicle has been investigated the management team will then determine the next steps. No action can be taken at this time, as the claims process is handled by the management team at the store. If you should have continued questions or concerns please call Customer Care directly regarding your pending claim.
