      Terrible customer service phone operators at TwinSpires. Two weeks before Christmas I had to call back several times and talked to two male phone operators who were rude to talk to and almost hung up the phone for no reason. I have won some money on this app and I wish they would hire employees who like horse owners. They should be friendly, positive and helpful. They were opposite and lightly shocking such that I expressed my concern.

      won money on the KD may 4th still no check in the mail so now they say give us your bank info account number and routing number, so they can mabke a deposit.. no way.once they have those numbers they will empty my account.oh the amount i won was 432.some change,i wouldnt even give them one star. do nt do busniess with these bastards.

      A stop payment was placed on the original check and a new one sent out overnight to the address on file on 5/29/24.

      I’ve heard good things about the app however I’ve not been able to start an account. When I put all my info in it says I already have an account. I couldn’t ever recall starting one but hit the forgot password option. It had a pop up showing the email address the password reset was being sent to. It was an email I’ve never been associated with. I tried contacting customer support. Created a ticket because it evidently goes off my name and the last 4 of my social. I never started the account and no one has reached out to help. They have however sent me surveys to see how well they did on that created complaint.

      I will never use them again. Made a bet, they accepted it, then won the bet and all they did was refund my bet instead of paying the payoff of approximately $1250.00. Call them several times asking to speak with a supervisor and it took them over 2 1/2 days to call me back just to say “sorry, there isn’t anything we can do!!

      Said i don't bet enough so they locked my account! How much do they want me to bet? Stay away from this site. Calling the AG'S OFFICE MONDAY. Said if i don't bet enough i can watch races, Not good business pratice. Was with twinspires for years till this came about. Well they can have the site as i wouldn't use it if it was the last site on the web.

      I won a few large amounts. I cashed out their EZ pay feature states you cannot cash out to other amounts are cleared. I wake up to find my account locked and them saying I spent all my earnings before they could withdraw my funds. I had well enough in there to cover the 80 dollars they claim I owed in return fees but they claim I only had 12 dollars. I asked for an audit on my account I have screen shots of my winnings yes I lost some but I didn't lode enough to be negative. They did not even audit my wins to losses we are talking a few hundred dollars off.

      KY Derby SCAM. Anyone else have this happen to them. Opted in to the Kentucky Derby Money Back offer, which stated Opt in and get up to $10 back on your first single horse win bet if your horse runs 2nd or 3rd in all eligible races at Churchill Downs from Tuesday, May 2, 2023 through Saturday, May 6, 2023. I placed a $10 win wager on (3) horses in the Derby. 1 of the horses finished 3rd, so I believed that I was entitled to the $10 refund on that horse. I had also placed two $5 win wagers and one of those horses came in 2nd. Again, I believed that I was going to receive a $5 refund on that horse. When I checked my account today there were no refunds placed in my account. I called the support line and after a lengthy wait, I was informed that since I did not place individual wagers on each horse instead of placing a win wager on 3 different horses on the same ticket, in the same race, I was not eligible to a refund. This is ABSOLUTELY A SCAM and I will be closing this account after years of patronage.

      Won on Derby day, $167.60. Requested a check for $117.60. Check hadn't arrived by early June. Lady I spoke with said a stop payment would be started and a check reissue done (dated June 8). It's now July 25 and the reissue check still has not arrived. Another stop payment/reissue was offered. Due to the bad experience I had the first time, I refused. My funds were returned to my account, and I'm trying to get set up with ACH.
