    I made an online purchase * ***************** on 1/2/2024. It shipped on 1/6/2024 ****. As of 1/15/2024 it hasn’t been received. I waa told to expect it on Wed., 1/10/2024. I have contacted this Business without a response back. The whole deal has been shady from the get-go and I have to question the legitimacy of both the transaction and the Business of product sales by this Entity.

    In regards to a complaint filed with the BBB by ****** ********, the following is the timeline of events.

    ****** ordered a poem from my website on 1/1/24.  My secretary emailed ****** on 1/3/24 and let her know that she would be mailing the poem on 1/6/24. When she placed the order, she indicated that she wanted it mailed to a different party. On 1/6/24, the poem was mailed to that party. It was mailed via **** with an expected delivery date of 1/10/24. My secretary emailed her on 1/6/24, letting her know the poem was mailed and also called and spoke to her letting her know the expected delivery date was 1/10/24.

    ****** emailed me on 2/18/24 stating that the poem was not received and that I had not responded to the BBB inquiry. This is the first time I was alerted that the poem was not received by the party she had me mail it to. This was also the first time I heard that she filed a claim with the BBB. I suspect the BBB emails were going into my spam folder and were unnoticed. My secretary emailed her on 2/19/24 and let her know that we were unaware that the poem had not been received by the party to whom it was mailed. My secretary also let her know that we were unaware of the BBB inquiry and that we would follow up with them. She also let her know that I would refund the $15. On 2/20/24, my secretary issued a refund of $15 for ******. She also emailed ****** to let her know the refund had been issued. ****** emailed back and said she received confirmation of the refund.

    I do regret that the poem was not delivered to its destination because it is a beautiful heartfelt poem relating to the passing of a beloved mother. It must have gotten lost in the mail which is beyond my control. I rectified the situation by refunding the $15. I assure you that we are a reputable, legitimate business.
