    I have mixed feelings. Bluegrass was taken over by Adaptive Health. Although relations with Bluegrass were satisfactory, my introduction to Adaptive was not so great. My first call to them was answered by a rude person who told me that they would not come to my house and no longer gave me supplies for my oxygen machine as Bluegrass had. I was now responsible for buying all of my tubing, etc. When they changed over, the only notification was some international call asking me IF Medicare was paying my bill. No notification that things had changed and they cared. Thus, I have been buying all of my supplies. Forward time to yesterday when my oxygen machine started making weird noises. I dreaded to call after my first encounter but need to take care of business. I called and was greeted by a young man, Austin, who was so nice and kind. I told him what had happened and he couldn't figure out why. The Service truck was in my town that day and would stop at my house. Service came, replaced my unit and left me happy and relieved. THANK YOU AUSTIN for restoring my faith in Adaptive! I left four stars with confidence that my future with Adaptive will remain successful.
