  DDR did a great job building a roof over our patio. Our project manager, Eain, was a delight to work with. He was professional, contentious, a hard worker, and he was very responsive to our phone calls and e-mails. Our project moved smoothly and we had no issues with the build. I am excited to use my new outdoor space.

  I spent several days researching companies for my large project and met with a few companies before deciding to contract with Distinctive Design Remodeling. I could not have found a better company. From the initial meeting regarding design to the finished 4-season room, screened porch, and two patios (one open and one covered), the company, its employees, and contractors were first rate. My project manager was Chris, who was excellent, always keeping the project moving along and communication continuous. When I had questions, he promptly responded and took care of any issues I had during the work. I was impressed with the skill and expertise of the subcontractors used by DDR. After hearing so many stories about construction and remodeling disasters, I hesitated to even start my project, but this company has surpassed all my expectations for excellent, quality performance. I have other projects planned for the future and I will have no one but DDR do them.

  We've had a great experience working with DDR for our home addition and garage projects.
  My wife and I saw DDR at the Lexington home and garden show and they set up a meeting for us at our home. We discussed our vision of what we wanted, they looked over our property to see if that was possible, worked with us on financing, then had their design team make blueprints. We reviewed and approved those plans and a few weeks later they began construction. Our project manager Kyle gave us updates along the way. Communication was great all along the way, it seemed like they really wanted to know that every little aspect of the project was what we wanted. I highly recommend DDR!

  Eain was our project manager. He did a good job keeping us up on what was happening when. We are very pleased with job that DDR did. He wanted to make sure we were happy with his and the other workers jobs.

  Chris was our project manager and he is a true professional! Daily email and phone updates. If I ever had questions, he was quick to respond! Always had our best interest in mind and went above and beyond making sure everything was perfect. We love our new covered patio and highly recommend DDR!
