Date of agreement was December 2022. All communication was done via email and advertising was agreed to via email. The company NEVER told us that they had a "no cancellation" policy. Recently, when we decided to move our advertising to another company for the purpose of our financial budget changes and the desire to reach out to a different demographic, they told us we couldn't. I asked if there was any SIGNED documentation to us knowing that we could not cancel (because we would not have agreed to the agreement if we knew that) they could not provide any. All email communications telling them that without a signed contract that states we can not cancel, we can in fact cancel. The company kept telling me that they could make changes to the add but kept to a firm decision to not cancel their program. They were not willing to discuss any compromise to resolve the issue. In my last email, I stated that we were in fact cancelling and gave them a 2 week notice. I stated that they were no longer authorized to take payments from our account and if they did, we would contest it as fraudulent.
They went ahead and took another payment out on July 29th. We are in communication with the bank to stop all charges moving forward but this is a horrible way to treat customers.

      Greetings,

      Follow
up on the Better Business Bureau complaint registered by ***** ****** at West
Ashley Wellness and submitted on 8/7/2023,  Complaint
      ID *********

      When we received the request
from ***** to cancel, we tried to get an appointment with ***** many times to
discuss.  ***** refused to meet with us.  We explained that the
Upfront Sale was firm and noncancelable, and it clearly states that on the
contract which is attached.  We also have attached written confirmation that *** ****** wants to move forward with the Upfront Sale.  In that written confirmation the the Firm and Noncancelable contract is attached.  We also have written confirmation
from *** ****** that he understands that the agreement is a 48-week commitment with 4
bonus weeks.   That too is attached.

Please let me know next steps.
