A big thank you to Integrated Home Design for making my kitchen and master bath vision a reality. Chris R., Chris D., and Mike D. are craftsmen and an awesome team whose attention to detail and professionalism made working with them a pleasure. After interviewing and getting quotes from other contractors and not feeling I was getting a fair deal I found IHD. They were transparent and straight forward in managing all aspects of my project. Travis was very involved and no one minded me popping into the IHD office unexpectedly with my questions and changes, (thank you John!). I highly recommend using this firm for any remodeling project.

Cody Martin and his team were total professionals. This was a total bathroom remodel that made our bathroom accessible for my wife who is a paraplegic, a roll in shower, a roll under vanity, new toilet and new flooring. Integrated home design did an outstanding job in just a week and a halfIntegrated Home Design, Inc.

5 starsThe upstairs bathroom in my 1949 house had not worked for 10 years due to cracked cast iron drain pipes behind walls. I kept putting off dealing with it, I mean it's only 5 x 5.5 feet! But had all the essentials, even a shower!
I knew it would be a messy hard job to tear out plaster walls, cut through finished floors, cut out big cast iron drain lines, and work in some super cramped access cubbyholes. Then run all new plumbing and build a new tiny bathroom. Three different contractors came on three different days to bid the job: Nope, too hard, they left. So, maybe I don't really need this bathroom? Two other contractors came out, and fortunately, one of them was Integrated. Logan spent a lot of time looking things over, we discussed options to keep the cost down for my limited budget, and I decided to go with IHD.
Absolutely the right choice! James, Steven, and Michael handled the wall/floor/plumbing demo- whooboy- and then started the new plumbing and rebuild process. Really great work from the basement, through the first floor, up to the second floor, just nice efficient pipe routing all the way. I was able to take some time off work so was able to see a lot of their work in progress.
Then the two Brazilian maestros came in to build the 32 x 36" tile shower, and finish all the drywall. Talk about meticulous. I did not get their names but Elias showed them exactly what needed to be done. Those two dudes are the best.
Long review, but here's the thing. We ran into a couple of unforeseen issues, including tile that didn't match even out of the same box! IHD took care of any problems, no arguments, no worries. Now, it's my turn to put in the tiny bits of flooring, and if I screw it up, well I'll just call IHD!Review fromLisa M

As I look back on things that I am thankful for in 2022, Integrated Home Design tops the list. They did a complete kitchen and master bath overhaul for me this fall following a massive water damage incident, and I can’t say enough positive things about them. Travis, who is one of the two owners, did a superb job managing the schedule. He’s exceptionally customer service oriented, responsive, and stays on top of an unbelievable number of project details. I worked with a lot of different folks on the IHD team because my project was so expansive – cabinetry, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, tile, drywall – and they ALL have extraordinary work ethic, attention to detail (perfectionists!), fast execution, and quality of workmanship. They are individually highly skilled craftsmen and collectively a great team. They were professional yet fun to be around, accommodating, and they knocked it out! I especially want to thank Chris, Nick and Denver, Michael, Steven, Mike, Danny, Will, Wesley, Jamie, Salvador, Marcel, and most of all John. I’ve already recommended IHD at least 10 times to friends, neighbors, and colleagues – they have my highest recommendation.Integrated Home Design, Inc.

Almost at the end of a fantastic experience with a kitchen remodel. Signed the contract for this project and of course, during the season of Covid, supply chains were slow, but our project began on October 10....the kitchen demo team was great. We asked for a few things to be salvaged and very carefully they did that, and then the work began! Kyle was the project lead. He managed the team, but they were all so good, they worked at times independently. Chris was such an artist really with the cabinetry finishing. It was amazing how adept he was and meticulous. The flooring guys were from Brazil, so English was their second language. They had an app to translate so we could communicate easily....it was all amazing and comfortable. Very impressive team....from electricians, Nick and Denver, to the team assists, Brad and James, to Chris and Kyle....it was like having family in the house. The thing I loved was that these folks are employed by Integrated....so they are a part of the whole project from beginning to end. Travis, one of the owners was very much involved as well and truly he was so helpful thru the process. When we decided to do this project, I had it planned in my mind, but Travis came to do final measuring and his suggestions tweaked the look and it worked out beautifully. I cannot say enough about their patience, work ethic (on time to arrive and diligence during the work day), and efficiency. Could not have asked for a better group....this team was stellar! Here we are finishing up the project on Nov. 2....not sure many businesses could complete a project of this size in this timely fashion.....thank you Integrated team!Integrated Home Design, Inc.

A great company to work with and get a job started and completed in the time frame given!
Michael & Steven did a excellent job doing their work assigned. They protected the rooms not being remodeled with plastic over doorways and cleaned up all construction items daily! 5 starsI had recently down sized and needed to changed the shower to a more handicapped friendly. I had all the big companies that advertised on TV to come and give me a quote. I was shocked to learn how expensive they were, could not do the design i needed and none negotiable. They are all nation wide and big percentage of their revenue goes to corporate offices. A friend of mine mentioned Integrated Home Design. They are local Kentucky company. Mr D**** one of the co-owner came to the house. He was very attentive. He did not have to check with anybody he was the owner. We focused on the design. They use onyx material that they mold to customer needs. It looks very nice and feels strong and not noisy. The price was 20% lower than others and no gimmicks financing. Michael A***** and Will K**** installed the shower with detailed attention and assured that we were involved in every step. Just wanted something that works for me but we got fancy shower as well with a design that I wanted it. If you are renovation some thing in your house compare this local company to others. ask them for a quote and compare. You will be surprised. They have the best staffs.
