****** ********* ******** contracts to ** * ****** who contracts to A.A Repo to repossess The vehicle - Nissan Rogue 2020. May 1st 1.A.A Repo comes to my home to repossess the vehicle around 8 am. 2.A.A Repo Driver does not state who he is, who he works on the behalf of, or show any supporting documents explaining any business. 3.A.A Repo Driver never verbally stated he was repossessing the vehicle in a legal manner, he told me in his own words "I am here to take your vehicle". 4.Barely dressed in sport shorts only no shirt socks or shoes I start gathering my possessions in the vehicle A.A Repo Driver threatens me to give him the keys or he will pull me out of the vehicle himself. 5. I lock the door and call the authorities as I feared for my life I was out numbers and they had they car backed into my drive way blocking my drive way in addition to the threats made towards my person. 6. Once officers arrive to the scene, I explain the situation to one officer as the other talks to the A.A Repo Representatives. 7. Officer that is talking to me allows me to go inside get documents and clothes on my body. 8. Upon returning back outside to the vehicle after putting on shoes and a shirt the officer that addressed me told me to gather the rest of my possessions (which was already bagged and gathered at this point). 9.As I approach the vehicle the officer addressing the A.A Repo Representatives put his hands on his gun and told me step away from the vehicle or he is going to take me to jail (which caused a diversion of me being to access my personal property out of the vehicle) I then learn that the A.A Repo Representatives lied to the officer and said I had a weapon. 10. The first officer that was originally telling me to get my belongings deescalates the situation. At this point everyone but the A.A Repo Representatives is away from the vehicle. The officer that threatened me then tells the A.A Repo Representatives to take my vehicle with my possession inside which they did. 11. I Call ****** ********* ******** to inquire about the cost to release my vehicle back to me, location of the vehicle and my belongings, and any other information pertaining to rectifying the situation. 12. Toyota Financial Service only gave me 2 pieces of that information which was the cost of the release of my vehicle (which was 3412.47), and that ********** ******/A.A Repo will auction my car in 15 days if the car is not retrieved by the date of the 15th of May and I will owe ****** ********* ******** $12000 all other questions was met with resistance. May 2 1. I have paid ****** ********* ******** $3413 to cover the full amount to release my vehicle back to me. 2. ****** ********* ******** said it was too late in the business day to process my vehicles release and that I would have to wait until the following day May 3rd for them to process the vehicles release. May 3rd ****** ********* ******** was closed down the system for that particular department and told me that, that particular departments systems was under maintenance, and I will not be able to posses the vehicle or get any help or the information that I requested prior. May 4th - May 5th The ****** ********* ******** was closed as it was the weekend. May 6th 1. ****** ********* ******** processes the release of the vehicle, and refuse to tell me where my vehicle is located and instead gives me the number to *** ******* 2. I call *** ****** and they refuse to give me any information or details about my vehicle, beside that I will be charged everyday that A.A Repo hold the vehicle at wherever A.A Repo took it to though they did confirm the did receive the notice of release for the vehicle. Instead they gave me a number without any explanation of who or what this number it connected to. *** ****** told me you need to call that number and hung up the phone. 3. After searching that number on google I notice that they sent my car 2 states away and 3 hours away (keep in mind I have no vehicle in my possession to get there and no other form of transportation to get to the location to receive the vehicle) and additionally the name of the repo company that has the vehicle which is A.A Repo Located in Lexington KY. All three companies together as a collective are doing everything in their power to prevent me from being able to adequately obtain my vehicle or my personal property and even making unreasonable claims as to sell my vehicle from under me even though the vehicle has me issued at release back to me because I paid in full. Additional attempts to collect more money was made by A.A Repo which is illegal due to all three companies deceptive, unethical, and unscrupulous handling of the situation to stall my process to gain more money, on top of putting the vehicle in a unreasonable and unethical place to get to in order to prevent me from being able to obtain my vehicle in any way.
