    I bought an Rv from United Motorsport and Rv.
    When buying said Rv i ordered toppers to be put on. They were to order and let me know when they arrived. No one informed me that the toppers had come in, but had been ordered incorrectly and sent back. So now a year later, I’ve called to inquire about the toppers that were returned asking for a refund since I paid for them, but they were never ordered correctly or put on the RV. I’ve been trying to contact them for three weeks with no one getting back to me. No one will return a phone call and no managers ever available to talk to anyone. All I would like is for a refund for something that I paid for and did not receive and this company will not call me back after three weeks or anyone in the company will answer any questions of any sort.

    **** ******** asked us to install slide topper for her new 5th wheel.  Slide toppers are not kept in stock because they are different for every slide out size.  We special ordered them, and they came in wrong.  We reordered and as of last parts inventory they were still in stock.  Because slide toppers are special order and we have no idea when we would be able to use them, they are non-refundable.  My service advisor and myself have tried to reach back out to phone number ************ and never been able to reach anyone.
