      I have been buying security pants and shirts on sale; however the products received have been either bad quality or wrong size and when complaining to Galls, LLC they stated it that items can't be returned or exchange because they were final sales and records shows that are the correct sizes. Also, items take a long time to be delivered between 6-7 months but Credit card is charged when order was placed.
      Even if we call and complaining about it these issues never resolved or received a solution for it.
      I lost money buying from them.

      I ordered a pair of boots from their website and the site said the item was in stock and would ship within 24 hours. This is not the case the item wasn't in stock and had to be shipped from the vendor. So instead of believing I would receive my item in a week I now have no idea when I will receive my item. Complete lie on the website.

      Placed an order, ended up with a ship date of weeks later. I cancelled the order the next day. That same day I was charged for the item and "somehow" it shipped and I was charged for it. When I complained the customer service rep apologized and said to keep the item for the trouble. Then the item never came. So pretty much when you cancel an order they "say" it shipped to keep the order, even knowing full well the item never left! Would recommend using a different supplier. Can't trust this one

      The military footwear is very good and effective.
      However, the customer service and everything related to shipping is disastrous. I ordered two pairs of boots, but only one was sent.
      There was no information, nothing!
      I specified over the phone, before placing the order, not to send the package on the weekend, and I was assured that they would mark it not to be shipped on the weekend, but it was delivered on the weekend.
      I had to call customer service again to specify that no one was available to receive the package...
      In the end, only one pair of boots was delivered.
      I didn’t have a good experience with them!
      I will think about whether I will order again next time...

      I placed an order on March 9th I live 76 miles away from this company, it's March 15th and I haven't received my order I called thier customer service and they told me it is not our problem its a fed ex problem after contacting fed ex I was told your item has been rerouted and we have no information on when it will be delivered or where it is. This is absolutely unacceptable and your customer service sucks .

      If I could give 0 stars I would. This is the worst company to purchase anything from. Yet I am forced to because my department only allows us to use our uniform allowance with galls. The customer service is atrocious. Issues are not resolved. You don’t receive responses when you have an issue. I have purchased every kind of gear from every kind of dealer and nothing has been remotely this bad. They change your order without informing you and then blame you for it. I am doing everything in my power to get my department and others to stop using gouging galls as a uniform supplier. Great way to treat your first responders galls.
