    I purchased a solar system from Solar Energy Solutions in October of 2021. My biggest concern was longevity and reliability. I was assured by the salesman that I had the best warranty in the industry. I was also lead to believe Solar Energy Solutions monitored the system everyday. However I begin to experience arc fault lockouts on both my SolarEdge inverters. On February 3rd 2025 I received alerts from SolarEdge that there was a problem with an inverter. So I wrongly assumed someone would schedule a repair. On February 7, 2025 I contacted Solar Energy Solutions.
    Since then both inverters have arc faulted 11 different times. Solar Energy Solutions claim it’s a firmware problem from SolarEdge. SolarEdge claims it’s a lose connection and I should contact my installer. I have had no less than 30 different communications with Solar Energy Solutions and have accomplished nothing. I have been told on numerous occasions if it continues to happen Solar Energy Solutions will send someone out, no one has come. I’ve been given several different dates by Solar Energy Solutions that SolarEdge would complete a firmware fix, those days come and go. I paid $37,000 for a solar system that today is operating at 50%. But before the day is over it may very well be completely down. I would never recommend Solar Energy Solution to anyone especially if they offer SolarEdge inverters. If I had it to do over I would not install solar panels on my house.
