    The advertising price of the test was1.98 for a 7 day trial. They charged me 2.01 and didn't include the full report as advertised. I cancelled because when I attempted to download the report I already paid for they attempted to debit my card 11.96 the remainder of the full subscription. They issues a refund of 1.98 but my records say they debited my account 2.01.

    I was lead to put in my information for a personality test at *************************************************************************************************************************************************
    Upon entering I did not receive any test, or any account information. I have tried to reach out to dispute charges or cancel and the email is a bounce back and the phone number is a recorded scam message. I have received several unauthorized charges from this business since then, more than 10.

    I went on their website personalitylab.net and paid for a **** ****** test for .95 cents and they charged my account $29.95 one day and then they charged my account the next day or $29.95 and then the following day they charged me $4.95. I want a full refund and I had to close that card and order a new one so they wouldn't charge my card again. When I called the number for customer service which is 2027514073 some Indian man answered the phone. He said he will cancel my account and give me a refund of the $29.95 but he couldn't refund the $4.95. The first charge my bank Chase stopped thank God.
