      I have placed two separate orders from this company. The first went smoothly. However, this last one did not. My son rented one textbook and we shipped it back with no damage. Once ecampus.com received the book after we returned it, they charged us $138 and said that it was damaged and sent pictures only through a chat service (not emailed so we have no copies). Those pictures are not what we returned. I have emailed countless times and get the same automated response. The only offer I received was the ability to purchase that book and have it returned to me for an additional shipping charge. I have asked countless times to speak with a manager. No one has called me and I've only received responses from customer service reps that offer the same canned response. My latest email was a request to remove my account information and delete my credit card details. They're response was that they could not for accounting purposes. This is a breach of my privacy. They will only disable MY access to the account. I have received no resolution. I will never order again from this company nor can I recommend it. If anyone is reading these reviews for advice on whether they should order, just don't. Wonder how many others it has happened to.

      No communication from the company about the processing of my order. The same day that I was to call to check on it, it was on my doorstep. To be fair, a tracking email was shared with me, but I was unable to track my item. System down, faulty, malfunctioning, I don’t know. No ebook option :(
