    This business is a subscription with predatory policies designed to justify continually charging more. I signed a "6month" contract where I accrue monthly credits to be used for services in exchange for a monthly fee. That 6 months turned into a year without my knowledge because it "automatically renewed" on the same credit card once the contract was up. I was charged for and accrued more than 10 credits for services. The only way to maintain access to those credits (that I already paid for!) was to enroll in a different program called freeze plus for $10 per month. That was cheaper than the $80 per month I had already paid, so I tried that. "Freeze plus" also had a 6 months deadline. So, after another 6 months at $10 per month they charged me again for the original $80 per month with no notification. I call to cancel the whole thing. Two weeks later a manager finally calls me to "make sure that's what I want" and sends me a form to officially cancel. This form says to allow 10 business days for my cancellation to go through, which means they are trying to delay long enough to charge me for another month! In the meantime I get sales emails and texts from them constantly. They are completely unavailable to cancel my subscription but send me multiple emails per week to pay more!

    The client has signed an agreement outlining the terms of her membership, which includes a clause requiring her to request membership cancellation at least 10 days before the next payment date. In line with this agreement, we waived her upcoming payment to prevent any further charges while allowing her the necessary time to complete and return the required cancellation forms. This action was taken as a courtesy, ensuring that she had the opportunity to submit the necessary documentation without additional financial obligations. We have a signed copy of the agreement on file, which clearly reflects these terms and conditions. It is important to note that the cancellation process requires adherence to the timeline specified in the agreement, and we are committed to assisting her in fulfilling these requirements. However, as per the terms she agreed to, any failure to meet the 10-day notice period could result in a charge for the next billing cycle.
