I would NEVER use them ever again. The company sent a drunk employee out to install our closets. He fell down our stairs and my contractor's guys had to catch him and ask him to leave the property. You could smell the liquor on his breath. It was the most unprofessional thing I have seen and a complete liability hazard.
The company was completely uncooperative and still charged me full price and did noting to compensate or apologize. When I tried to speak with Tony over the phone and tell him how upset I was, he argued with me, threatened to place liens against our property if we didn't pay the remaining 10% and hung the phone up on me. I have never been treated with such disrespect as a customer. DO NOT use them.

    Ms. G*********,
As I stated when you called on the day of your installation, we unknowingly sent an installer to your job that was still under the influence of alcohol from the night before
We apologized for any inconvenience this may have caused you on your job site. We did ask that installer to get an Uber and leave the property. That individual was let go from our company that same day.
We immediately sent an owner of the company to your job site that same day to complete your installation.
We sent you an invoice for the balance due for a job that was completed. After a second attempt to collect the debt, you contacted us and informed me that you had not written a bad review about our company because you were expecting to get compensated with the forgiveness of the balance due. As I explained to you over the phone, we do not buy reviews and if you honestly think you owed us a bad review I suggested that you go ahead and submit one, but we were still owed the money due for a job that was completed. It seemed like our conversation wasn’t going anywhere, so I did inform you that as a legal recourse to collect the money owed to our company we would file a mechanics on your property for nonpayment.
