    On 11/9/2024 I ordered Tiny Love Soothe ‘n Groove mobile for $54.99. Order number ***************** On 11/9/2024 I had not heard any updates so I contacted the company and was told the order had shipped. I was given the following tracking information:

    According to this tracking number the package was delivered 12/10/2024 however I did not receive any package. On 12/14/2024 I contacted the company to see what had happened but never got a reply which I found odd because they had replied to my prior message the same day. I have since purchased a different item as this was a Christmas gift. I would like a refund. Additionally, I am not sure if it is a related incident but the credit card used for this purchase began to have fraudulent charges 11/26/2024.

    I placed an order on 10/09
    Order ***************** The order was supposed to ship within 1-3 business days and still has not shipped 2 weeks later. I have tried calling and emailing multiple times for an update with no answer/ reply. I believe the website may be a scam. My order was for $69.90. I would like the company to cancel and refund my original payment but there is no option to cancel on the website and no reply to emails.
