    Economy Glass was hired to complete my new shower with a glass door. The door leaked terribly onto the floor up against the wall. I tried to deal with it, but the baseboard and quarter round started getting wet so I decided to have my contractor call them to flip the glass to try and stop the leak. My contractor had used them for many shower remodels. Economy Glass' owner Mr Newby ignored him for months. I therefore paid a visit in person. Several weeks later they came and did the job, cracking my tile, but completing the job in just over 2 hours. At no time was I ever given an estimate or quote on the labor. Last week I received a bill for $800. I called today to ask what I was being billed for and was treated horribly by Mr. Newby. Customer service out the window!! I was threatened with a lien on my home, called an inappropriate name, he became personal and not professional very quickly. At no time did I act like I wasn't going to pay the bill, but was treated horribly with my wife listening on speaker phone...I still paid the bill of $800 for 2 people to work for 2 hours and 15 minutes. That's just under $200 per hour per person!! Seams pretty outrageous to me!! And I was never given the chance to have my questions answered!!
    NEVER DO business with this company!! I'm the customer and was treated with NO respect whatsoever! They don't deserve anyone's business!!! I hope they go Bankrupt!! Shouldn't take long with the Service they provide !!
