Everyone we met and dealt with at Window Source was professional, friendly, answered all our questions, didn’t try to upsell anything, gave us a fair price on quality windows and the installation was quick and flawless. We love our new windows, the house feels so much quieter and warmer. This was the best and easiest home improvement project we’ve had done yet and will highly recommend Window Source!The Window Source of Kentucky

I chose Window Source because of a recommendation from my neighbor and could not be more pleased. From my first meeting with the sales rep Blake to the completion of the project by Dustin and his assistant, the installation of 12 new windows was completed flawlessly. Thanks to Blake for helping me chose the perfect trim color! I have already noticed that my house is less drafty, and I am certain that I will save $$$ on my heating bills in the coming years. All communication was timely and extremely courteous. There were no efforts to "upsell" and I got exactly what I wanted and needed. Note: When my neighbor recommends a company, you can be sure he did his research! I am grateful!The Window Source of Kentucky

We couldn’t be happier with Window Source. Even though our job was small (two windows), they treated us like we were their most important client. The price was reasonable and the work was flawless. I'm a hard person to please. My window purchase was a big deal. I received quotes from several companies, and they thought they were going to get me to sit through these presentations. I was very direct and to the point. Look at my house, and give me pricing - period. Some of the 'bigger' companies refused to listen to that and wanted to go through their sales process and I kindly asked them to leave. Rick was my salesperson, and he understood that I didn't want any BS, and got right to business. Once I decided that the Window Source was going to be my company, I asked Rick to come back and talk to my wife - after all we were getting more than 20 windows replaced. He didn't talk down to her, and was very respectful. Billy was the installation team's supervisor. He stopped by and made sure the order was correct, and scheduled around our needs. The installation techs that came were very nice, and stayed very late the second day to avoid an additional trip (at my request). When I call for information, the staff answers very quickly. When I send an email for paperwork, they always respond very quickly. I saved a significant amount of money compared to the other "Big guys" and got better service. Especially when you are on a budget, it's important to make sure you shop the market and find the best value - and for us it was the team at Window Source. They really do care about providing quality service and products. They are real people and they shoot you straight.The Window Source of Kentucky

I would 100% recommend The Window Source. The salesman was a straight shooter which I very much appreciated. He listen to me and didn’t try to sell me anything I didn’t want or need and answered all my questions. He also didn’t take up half my day with demonstrations and heat sources. We got 6 windows and a sliding glass door installed in less than a day. The installation team was professional, helpful, and clean.The Window Source of Kentucky

Whoa what a great company.
