    Rite-Way replaced the windshield in our 2019 Corvette. I cannot recommend them high enough! Their team is top notch. From the receptionist that initially gave me a quote and scheduled the install appointment. To the installer "Chris A*****". Chris went above and beyond taking his time and being very meticulous about his work! Very, very satisfied with the entire experience!

    When I was frustrated with texting communication I asked to have a supervisor call me. T called me & left a voicemail. I called back & asked if I am speaking to a supervisor. She said no but that she can help because she’s “been here for a minute”. I responded “oh ok is it possible to speak to a supervisor?” She wasnt going to let me speak to a supervisor unless I gave her my reasons as to why so I said “it’s ok I’ll just leave my experience on Google &Fb instead” & hung up. I got another call back from H. I returned her call & was answered by T who asked my name. Her level of pushback is uneasy and uncomfortable & I didn’t want confrontation or continuance from her call earlier so I hung up. H then called me back again & referred to herself as “team lead”. I am unsure of what a team lead position there is so I questioned whether she was management to which she said yes. I began to share my experience. She mentioned “I’ll relay this to management”. I said “well wait a minute, you mean you’re not that person? I don’t need anyone to relay my experience for me, I’d like to do that myself. Who can I speak to?” She stumbled with her words & said she was management & there’s other managers too. I was getting conflicting information so I no longer felt comfortable speaking to her. she told me of “operation manager T.E”. T.E called me after that. He is very rude & absolutely does NOT listen with care. He says a lot “I’m sorry BUT” & will try to flip your bad experience back as your fault. He said I belittled H because I asked for clarification of her position/title, said I was rude for not telling T my complaint, was dismissive of my experience & tried to paint his employees as the ones with the bad experience. He told me I threatened them. I asked how. He said when I mentioned leaving my experience/review on Fb & Google to T when she wouldn’t allow me to speak to a supervisor, that is a threat. TE spoke to me very worked up with a lot of emotion.

    Shanna and Jordan were excellent from start to finish. They worked with me to get my vehicle in and the windshield changed out within 48 hours of my call. I was extremely grateful that they picked up my vehicle and returned it within 2 hours. Amazing services!!!

    THANK YOU ANGELA! This was the Best customer service experience in a long time! A windshield replaced within 36 hours - and DONE perfect! Angela was positive, knowledgable and upbeat! She problem solved, thinking and planning two steps ahead with rain and getting the correct glass! Angela’s customer service was outstanding- from insurance to coordinating the installation creatively at a car dealership!
    My phone kept dropping calls, she kept me calm as she persisted thru the obstacles!
    And much Appreciation to Nick and Tristen who communicated, arrived early, had everything ready to go and did the replacement perfectly!
