    Keller Williams Legacy Group of London, KY appears to have a major accountability and/or integrity problem. I could not recommend them to out-of-town buyers or military veterans. If they can't be honest with out-of-town buyers or veterans, I wouldn't suspect that they can be honest with locals or anyone for that matter. I don't expect things always to work out perfectly and can even understand that mistakes happen but a buyer who spends any significant amount of money on a real estate purchase should get agents with integrity. Instead, what I have experienced with Keller Williams Legacy Group is a culture where the client doesn't know what they are talking about and must be misunderstanding, which turns into everything is just a big misunderstanding, which turns into we will give you $1k so it doesn't make you view us badly since you have proof of the screw-up but... it's still just a misunderstanding, which then turns into talk to our lawyer. At no point in time will these representatives just show some integrity and apologize for screwing up. I don't know if they just are afraid of getting sued or what but not everyone is out for money. Some people just like to be treated with dignity and respect. If you use these agents I strongly recommend that your screenshot and save absolutely everything that they do including texts, and emails. If they mess up, it will be your fault.
