    I can’t really comment on the Weight Distribution Hitch since I just picked it up at the UPS sorting facility an hour away from my home. RV Parts put the wrong street number on the shipping label which I understand can happen….that really isn’t my beef with them. Communicating with them is next to impossible. No one ever picks up the phone….only a recording. Three days of going back and forth via emails with response time from them approximately 24 hours delayed. I tried to work with UPS to modify the shipping address but they would only allow the shipper (RV Parts) to make the change. I requested that they contact UPS to correct the street address and their response was “have you called UPS to change your address?” They never did reach out to UPS to correct the street address. Before I ordered the part, they confirmed that it was in stock and it took them 3 business days before they shipped it out. So much for next business day shipping. They indicated that they don’t have customer service available via telephone since they don’t want customers to have long wait times….apparently they must have quite a few customer service requests!

    Had a great purchasing experience with this company. I was in a bind to buy a water heater before my Memorial Day camping trip. They got it to me in two days. It was the best price and also the customer service team helped me confirm which I needed. I will be back in the future for purchases.

    Buyer beware. Inaccurate description of parts on the website. The only "customer service" is via a non live chat on the web site and they do not covet return shipping

    Worst customer service ever! The customer service phone number does not answer, ever, it hangs up. Rude customer service and gestapo return rules. It is very expensive to return a large item, more than the item itself, so.....it's some shipping ponzi scheme like bezos. You are better off with amazon than these people who purport to be family run, like tha manson family maybe. Jessica seems to have all the passive aggressive qualities for a dysfunctional family business. BUYER BEWARE!

As our customer service team indicated, I see that you purchased the incorrect skylight and you were provided return instructions to return it. Once the item has been returned by you, we will process a refund back to you for the return. As much as we would love to, we unfortunately have no control over current shipping rates with carriers.     Purchased a new roof air conditioning unit. Packaged arrived badly damaged. Could have been the carrier's fault. RV Parts sent a return label and I shipped it back. Weeks went by and no response or replacement a/c unit. Tried to call them but the phone number is just a recording with no options but to message online. Can't even send an email, it must be on their website through their messenger. Kept giving me the run around for days asking for tracking number when they are the ones who provided the return shipping label. They have to have record of it. So I explained that to them through the stupid messenger. They must of found it but then asked for original order number. Come on it's in the header of the string of messages that we've been sending back and forth for weeks. I had to explain that to them also. Point is they were giving me the run around for quite some time and it wasn't until I threatened to cancel payment, contact an attorney and report to BBB, they finally sent a quick message, Your account will be credited back.

    I ordered an rv water heater for 480 dollars. It was shipped to South Texas. I live in Iowa. No refund, never received item. They don't answer emails or phone calls.
