    For at least 5 years, I have purchased passes for my family. I purchase 7 passes total, 3 for one of my sons and 4 for another. My husband always goes to the ticket office at the fairgrounds to purchase them. I saw where the prices were going up on 10/31/22 and I contacted the KY Kingdom office. I had to leave a message and my phone call was returned. I did not get the name of the female employee, but she confirmed the prices were going up 10/31/22. I told her that I had no access to a computer over the weekend and asked if she could take my order. She said she was unable to do so, I would have to go online or go to the Kingdom, but she doubted it would be open because of the rain. She suggested that I find someone to go online and purchase the tickets so I could get them before the prices increased on the following day. She also advised I would need to have their pass numbers. I contacted both my daughter in laws, gave them the information I was told and gave them my credit card numbers and the orders were placed.
    When I arrived at work and had access to a computer, I went online to see how much the tickets went up and I saw where there was a special to buy 4 or more passes and get them for $59.99. I contacted KY Kingdom for two reasons - the prices were different from the purchase of 3 passes - $69.99 to the purchase of 4 passes - $64.99. I was advised that when the 3 were ordered, it was as if a new pass. My daughter in law had attempted to purchase under their pass number and the site kicked her out.
    There was correspondence going back and forth with myself and someone from KY Kingdom. The person left no name in her replies.
    I basically said I thought it was alittle unfair because I was misinformed and I asked if they could credit the purchase and reprocess the 7 passes at $59.99.
    First of all, the person referred to me as ma'am in that condescending way. He/she
    then said that the promotion was just announced on 10/31 and they could not credit.

    We regret that this guest's daughter-in-law was unable to renew her season passes online. We have credited the guest's credit card in the amount of $15.00 ($5.00 for each of the 3 passes that were purchased on October 30 for $69.99 rather than the renewal price of $64.99). The $59.99 per pass price the guest referenced is the cost per silver season pass when purchasing 4 or more; however, the guest purchased gold season passes. The current price for gold season passes when purchasing 4 or more is $69.99. With the $15 refund, the guest has now received the best possible price for all 7 of her 2023 gold season passes - $64.99 each.

    The worse service I have receive from this location. They force me to pay twice for parking when I already have a pass and they refuse to scan my pass, but a friend of mine got accepted his pass. They denied to give me my refund for the parking and they mislead me where I should go to get the refund. I email them never receive email back. If you visit this location watch out don't get mislead, scammed and pay things twice.

    Kentucky Kingdom is located on Kentucky Expo Center (KEC) property. All parking is handled by the KEC. Our records indicate this guest last visited the park on August 13 when there were large crowds at Kentucky Kingdom as well as other events being held at the KEC. The only reason for guests to be charged twice for parking is if they left KEC property and returned. Upon checking our records, Kentucky Kingdom has not received an e-mail or other communication from this guest. We regret the guest did not have a good experience while visiting Kentucky Kingdom and Hurricane Bay and apologize for any miscommunication between the guest and the KEC.
