    I called his business after my cat got out of the house. He was very rude on the phone when he informed me his business doesn’t handle cats and dogs. I left a review on google over his attitude, and 10 minutes later I get a call from a “no-caller id number”. The caller asked if I was the person who left the review. When I confirmed I was, he said he knew who I was and would track me down. My roommate was with me when he called so he left a bad review too, then about 5 minutes after; I got another “no-Id” call. This time he informed me that he would come to my house in my sleep. so I would not trust him to handle animal control in a professional manner personally.

    Sorry you had to deal with this. This is another company that is trying to impersonate us and operate under our name. We can be contacted at 502-423-0461. We can not do anything about cats or dogs, for that you need to contact Louisville metro animal services at 502-473-7387. Please give us a call so I can discuss this with you.
