    I went to to the went office complaining about my AC not working I was told to take my hoodie off and to open the window. I also was told the the property manager wasn't in the office but she was. I asked for a window AC UNIT because of my child having asthma and I was told no. I asked for a could purchase one myself I was told no. I then texted the PM letting her know about the my AC not working.
    That same week on Thursday the PM called my phone letting me know that the AC guys where at the apartment complex and my name was on the list I went straight home. they wasn't able to fix the AC unit due to it being frozen. I was told that they was'nt sure when the next visit would be due to them being very at church hill that same week. I asked for a window unit again and they gave me one for my daughter's bedroom. I brought one for my room.
    the next visit the AC guys came out they find out that a piece needed to be replace on the outside unit and that what's causing me to not have any air inside my apartment. Due to it being late in the day they wasn't able to fix it. this was at lease four week ago.
    On April 14th I was told because the temp outside is not stabilized they will not fix the problem. The temp outside has been warmer in the high 70's and inside of my apartment has been 84 77 and so on. I also have picture, text messages and I been emailing with no response. I have to take my child to the urgent care Saturday morning due to her breathing.
