No refunds or exchanges for items purchased in-store. Return policy is for items purchased online.
Shipping Policy
Onlinegallery inventory will ship within 3 business days. Regular and expressshipping rates are available through UPS and the USPS at time ofcheckout. Our standard Shipping Rates are for shipment within thecontinental 48 states and Canada.
• If an item is on back-order you will be notified with an estimated delivery date.
• A $4.00 handling fee is added to each order to ensure proper packaging of your purchase.
Return Policy -Online Purchases
Artworks may be returned within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery *online purchases only.
Customer is solely responsible for shipping any returned undamaged items in original packaging.
• To ensure proper credit please include a copy of your receipt. Original shipping fee is non-refundable.
• Customer agrees to use only UPS, USPS, or FedEx insured for the entire value of the shipment.
• Returns may be subject to a 15% restock fee. Please contact us to arrange a return.
Damaged Items -Online Shipments
Ifan item arrives damaged, please email a clear picture of the damage.We'll replace your order or issue a refund after the original item isreturned. Return shipping paid by AA Clay Studio & Gallery. If youneed to return an item, please contact us with your order number and details. We will respond with return shipping instructions.
