On November 23 I was involved in an accident by ****** insurance client. The client failed to yield at a stop sign that struck me on the front passenger side directly in to my tire, she had to be going 40 Mph in a residential area.
I chose Bluegrass collision, they were the only place that was available at that time, during covid. They was able to start on my vehicle 01/03/2022. After completing my vehicle on 1/28/2022 I was disappointed how my vehicle looked and sounded, they put used parts on a 2017 *** *** *****r van. I called *****, at Bluegrass Center in inquired, that ****** insurance authorized to put used parts on the vehicle. I drove the vehicle and it was making sounds, I immediately call the Collison center to let them know that my vehicle was making weird sound on the side where I was hit. ***** told me that it was the parts give it a while so that parts could adjust and it will wear off.
Not to long the sound got louder and it broke down I took it to the closet shop to see what was wrong with the vehicle and let them know that I just got fix at Blue grass collision. The mechanic put the vehicle on the machine and told me that I had several issues.
My vehicle had missing nuts and parts, parts was used, my axle was crisscross and they found my pieces of the **** ******* inside of my transmission. That caused me to get a rebuild transmission that cost me $7160.72
Due to the miss diagnose and not taking consideration that I called and complained he told me that it
would wear off, and he couldn't verified the mileage on the used parts that was assembled on the vehicle.
The vehicle had 62,000 mites and it was a 2017, there no way my transmission should have went Out. Bluegrass collision Center ****** insurance paid 3648.49 I paid $113.02 to fix my wheel, **** *******, further diagnostic to discover that it was pieces of the **** ******* inside of my transmission, and poor putting my vehicle parts back together properly, that caused me to be stranded on side of the road due to, poor mechanics working on the vehicle, from bluegrass collision. I would like $7160.72 plus $113.02 total of $7273.74 ****** ****** ***** Transmission cost me $7160.72

    Regarding
    Miss ********s 2017 *** ********* van I am sincerely disappointed that miss
******* had any mechanical issues with her vehicle. I agree that it is
ridicules we hade to install used suspension parts on her van. Unfortunately,
the insurance company (******) takes the stand as the vehicle had used parts on
    it when the accident occurred.
    As far as
the sound, as it was described I did believe there was some surface rust on the
right brake rotor which is not uncommon and will clear up quickly once driven.
We did test-drive the vehicle prier to the vehicle being picked up with no
    noticeable issues.
    I do find it
difficult to understand why these problems are just now coming to our attention
after almost a year has passed. Especially when the vehicle has been driven throughout
the past year. The problem could have been accident related and covered by the
    insurance company.
    After careful
review Bluegrass Collision Center finds little to no evidence that there is any
neglect on our part and disputes any liability.
