      This will be the last place I’ll ever use if my car needs to be repaired again no communication on what repairs had been done on my car plus I had to remind Brittany what had to be done to it I they have to many cars then they have people repairing them they don’t keep any photos for themselves to go over they send them all to the insurance company my car was there from 1-24-23 to 2-12-24 I suggest you take your vehicle somewhere else

      We are terribly sorry you are unhappy with the interactions you had at Glaser's. We repaired your vehicle where it was damage from your accident. As far as the photos, we must document, with photos, the condition of your vehicle: damaged and not damaged areas. These photos are a must for our work but also required by the insurance company and therefore we can not delete or omit the photos. If we do not have the proper photos then the insurance won't cover the cost of repairs. The insurance company did cover the costs of your repairs so all documentation was there. Your estimate was complete and detailed the work that needed to be done which you gave approval of so we are not sure why you believe you were not informed.
      We know you were not happy with repairs not completed on your tailgate but that was not part of the accident, the photos confirmed that and your insurance company confirmed it was not part of the accident. Our team communicated with you in a professional manner and reviewed all work. We have notes outlining all communication we had with you. We are baffled by your 1-star rating and would like to speak to you further about it. We would appreciate further communication with you because this is important to understand what is going on.
