  Very unprofessional!! I talked with him 2 times before I left my house to drive an hour and a half. As I pull in the parking lot he text me and tells me the truck has been sold. Very dishonest car lot.

  In my experience, I wouldn't call this these people scammers, just dishonest and highly unethical business people. I was told the car was in perfect shape, no issues, drives perfect. I've only owned my vehicle for 2 weeks and it's already needed 4 new tires, new spark plugs and ignition coil, had a coolant and oil leak, and two of the tires had floating lug nuts, requiring specialized handling in removing them.
  There's a reason they don't offer a warranty. There's a reason they sell in the manner that they do. I would recommend pausing, taking a deep breath, thanking Jesus that you saw this review before you purchased and act accordingly.

  First my title shows the dealer # that sold the car to me was Sam Auto Credit. The major problem is THEY DO NOT PROVIDE THE INFORMATION SO I CAN REGISTER THE CAR.
  I would give them less than one star but one star is the lowest possible.
  I paid with a $13,000 cashier's check, they were very unset with the cashier's check and they insisted on cash, then did not get cash. My bank said demanding cash is a red flag. (red flag 1). They did not release the car for two weeks, they wanted the check to be cleared. The check did clear but their bank did not release the funds because of pass issues (red flag 2). Once the fund were released they asked me to text my insurance information. My insurance STRONGLY advised me not to text my information and they would NOT text my insurance information to me. (red flag 3). The MAJOR PROBLEM IS I CAN NOT REGISTER AND LICENSE THE CAR. I could not do this because they did not provide a certificate of gross retail or use tax. The car cannot be registered without this. Called and texted many times and got "yes we will provide" but after a week they have not. (red flag 4). Kentucky attorney general directed me to the Department Motor Commission of Kentucky. By not providing the certificate would be "failure to transfer". I will be filing a complaint.
  They also stated that a different individual sold the car to me, BUT that is not what the title shows. IF THIS IS THE CASE THEN THEY VIOLATED THE LAW and IS CALLED TITLE HOPPING.
  GO TO DEPARTMENT MOTOR COMMISSION or call them to confirm the dealers commitments. Comm PH on internt
  Also on the title the mileage when I purchased the car was less than the mileage they purchased the car
  Wife's comments: Paid 13k cashers check not given keys for 2 weeks called and texted promised paperwork still have not recieved. Car bought 5 /6/ 2023.milage less when we bought car then when they bought it .We are turning in to every agency we can.AS WELL AS FILING SUIT AGAINST.Can't us car at this point

  They sold my wife a ***** Tahoe that broke down in three days! They won’t even entertain a conversation about helping with repairs… they knew the vehicle had major issues… they are dishonest people!

  We test drove a 2016 Tahoe. The salesman seemed a bit rushed so we didn’t get to test drive very far. I mentioned that I thought I felt a little jerking, he said that was the way the transmission shifts in these vehicles. He said I may need to change spark plugs. There was no engine light on so, I assumed he knew what he was talking about, as he boasted of selling many of these vehicles. When signing the paperwork, he asked to see the conversation that we previously had with him, on our phone, to confirm the quoted price. We then noticed that he gave himself a 5 star rating while he was on our phone!!! Can you imagine that?!? We saw him do it! Ironically, we found out, after purchasing the truck, that these vehicles have serious issues with lifters and cams. I now realize that was why he made the comment of “may need spark plugs” to explain away the slight jerk I thought I felt. No sooner than we got the vehicle home, it started jerking worse and we had to immediately put it in the shop. We called to informed him & he just said: “as is no warranty read your paperwork”! We paid over $25K for this car and he had no interest at all in even splitting the $2500 bill to fix the vehicle.
