    Order was placed 2/24/2025 for a set of oil cooler lines for a Mazda rx8. The total cost was $381.60 I received a confirmation of purchase email almost immediately with an order number *****. On 3/1/2025 I received an email from bennettbuilt performance stating that my order was on its way with a **** tracking number attached ****************************** When the number was entered it only said that **** was notified, a pre shipment label was created, and **** was awaiting the item from sender. That was 3/1 it is now 3/20 and the tracking number still says awaiting item from sender. I have sent a simple inquiry about my order to ******************* and ****************************
    I also messaged the business page on ******** and submitted a contact ticket on their webpage however all 4 of these went unanswered. This particular product that I purchased had nothing in the description about the need to fabricate or any build time required. At this point I’m done with them but unfortunately I can’t reach anyone to ask for a refund. Their refund policy says 30 days and they charge a 30% restocking fee but my item apparently hasn’t shipped so I request the full amount refunded. If the full amount isn’t refunded rapidly then my next step is to have my attorney contact them.

    On invoice ***** date 4/5/24 For Ford Raptor Radiator Shroud Extensions
    These parts do not work as they do not let the hood fully close. I have sent pictures via email on on ******** where several other people had been asking about these. I wanted these to work and offered to see if there was a modification that could be done. Never received a reply. I no longer have any interest in this product. Saw where they have refunded 1 person for the same issue. I even offered to return these if they would send a return label like they have with someone else. Still never a reply.

    The parts noted in this complaint were a "presale" meaning they were posted to see if anyone would be interested as I did not have much intention in making many sets. It was stated that it would take a month or so to have the parts manufactured after the presale ended. Just 14 days after ordering the customer was sending emails asking where the order was, at that time we had the parts in production just waiting on the powder coat process to be finished. 4 days later another email. Right at the 4-week timeframe the order was delivered as originally stated in the listing.

    After a couple weeks I had 2 people email (**** *** ******** me stating the parts were causing a slight fitment issue with the hood, So I looked into the issue and revised the design to clear the hood, I also let everyone who had bought a set know that an updated version was available for free replacement if anyone else had the issue. I was waiting for the revised parts to come back from the powder coater so that replacements could be sent off to **** *** ******* for free.

    **** wanted a refund which is fair and no problem, a free return label was sent over and his order was refunded.
