      Bad Check:
      I tried to cash a check drawn on Stock Yards Bank & Trust. And the branch would not cash a valid In-printed and signed. Blaming some Third party computer company. The check was from Stock Yards Bank & Trust and I attempted to cash at Stock Yards Bank & Trust.
      Everyone should take all your money out of this bank as soon as you can!

      We have reviewed the concerns raised by Mr. Bannon. Mr. Bannon was
      attempting to cash a check written to him from one of our business
      customers.  According to our records at the time Mr. Bannon visited the
      branch, the check he was trying to cash had not yet been issued by our
      customer.  Our branch staff attempted to contact our customer to get
      approval to cash the check, but they could not be reached at that time. At
      Stock Yards Bank and Trust, the security of our customer accounts is of the utmost
      importance. Unfortunately, without approval from our customer, we were unable
      to cash the check for Mr. Bannon. We apologize for this inconvenience.

      Stock yards band has the responsibility to pay my homeowners insurance from by escrow account. I received a letter from my insurance company about a week away from payment being due. I have talked to my insurance company and verified that the payment was never received. I have been in contact with two different branch personal Nick and Will. All i have gotten in response is they have to reach out to the bank's payment facility to get an answer on what can be done. In the meantime my homeowners insurance is days away from going into default. I even reach out to the bank branch closer to me in Hillview and talked to the manager their and he reaches back out to Nick and its the same Old Story. There is not sense of urgency or going beyond to take care of an urgent matter of my home being without coverage from natural disaster or any other danger. The responsibility of a financial institute who is obligated duty is making sure coverage is on my property. It has been about three weeks since the check was sent out by the bank and never received by my insurance. I have never in the years of owning two different homes experienced this and i'm not confident that it want happen again. I wait to hear more excuses.

      On 4-22-2024 we received the request and opened a research with our escrow division. The payment for home owner's insurance was issued on 4-2-2024 and sent to American Strategic Insurance.
      Escrow spoke to American Strategic Insurance on 4-24 which stated they did not receive the check. We processed a stop payment on 4-24 and issued a new check via overnight. This check was received and cleared the bank on 4-26-2024

      Worst bank, with the most unprofessional and unhelpful staff I’ve ever encountered. They have predatory fees and do their daily posting to affect customers in the worst way.
