    No stars. I ordered a Christmas gift in November that still hasn't come in. I have emailed Chandler G*****, the merchandise manager on several occasions about my missing shipment. The last time I heard from him was Feb 1st and assured me that the merchandise has made it to the US. He does not provide a tracking number. I ordered this merchandise for my grandson on No
    vember 4th and paid in full. I have repeatedly asked for a refund, which has been continuously ignored. I am beginning to believe this is a scam and my grandson will never get his Christmas present.

    Kristin,
    I truly apologize and understand your frustration. We were told these items for Kids Club membership would arrive by December 14 so we could get them out in time for Christmas. Unfortunately that did not happen and the final pieces finally arrived this past week. I believe all of the orders have shipped and you should be receiving the membership kit any day. I will process a refund on Tuesday as well and will speak to Chandler about how this was handled.
