Within 12 hours of requesting an estimate, I met Steven C****, a certified mold inspector, in my kitchen with a written estimate. The amount was a base price that was honored with no problem.
My husband and I were shocked because two other companies we had called through our insurance adjuster, would not put anything in writing. That left us feeling totally out of control for remediation of the black mold issue, as far as cost was concerned.
When Stephen was informed by his office that there would be a 2-week delay, he decided to come himself to treat the issue 5 days later. This process went beautifully; we have a 10-year warranty; and the warranty is transferable upon sale of the house. Stephen was efficient, understanding and professional. This is what customers need when going through an unexpected and stressful situation that leaves you with no running water in your kitchen! We are so grateful that Aqua Lock is an honest option to turn to!

I highly recommend Aqua Lock of Louisville. My egress windows look and work amazingly. This is a family owned and operated business that works in all ways to please the customer as well as deliver the agreed results of the contracted work.Aqua Lock
